The studio is equipped with premium Merrithew machines, developed for both professional and home use and manufactured from first-class materials using state-of-the-art production methods.

In addition to regular classes, the studio also offers special Pilates retreats that combine intensive training in breathtaking locations with restorative relaxation.

Studio Stuttgart was recently certified as a Merrithew Host Training Centre and is the only official training centre for the STOTT PILATES® method in Stuttgart.

STOTT PILATES was founded in 1988 with the aim of providing the world’s highest-quality training for the next generation of Pilates instructors. It is a modern interpretation of Joseph H. Pilates’ original training method. In collaboration with a team of physiotherapists, sports physicians and fitness experts, the STOTT PILATES method and its equipment have been developed further over three decades.
